Accommodation

We don't do Gleneagles, but then you probably don't want to pay £150 per night for bed and breakfast. We do however try to offer a variety of good quality budget accommodation.

New for 2011, we've refurbished the toilet/shower/kitchen block for camping and trekker hut guests.

The cheapest option, not surprisingly, is camping. We provide you with a piece of grass and you provide the tent and everything else you need. The campsite facilities include shower and toilet block (showers included in price), campers kitchen and dining room, good drying room, undercover bike shelter and laundry facilities. Camping costs £8 per person.

For a bit more comfort you can leave the tent in its bag and spend a night in a camping cabin or trekker hut - under a wooden roof instead of a canvas one, and sleep on a soft mattress.

You will find more comfort still in our purpose built hostel. Dormitory and family room prices start at £16 per person with twin/double rooms at £21 per person also available.

Finally, for those wanting to stay a bit longer our two bedroom and three bedroom (centrally heated) holiday chalets provides a great central base for anyone wanting to walk the West Highland Way, climb a few Munros, or perhaps see a bit more of Scotland with Stirling, Loch Lomond, Fort William, Glencoe, Loch Ness and Oban all easily reachable by car. The holiday chalet may also be available for long weekend or midweek breaks. Chalet prices are seasonal and range from £250 to £500 per week.

For those who do not want to cook, the village is very close - approx 10 mins walk where you can get evening meals and breakfast.
